I believe that yoga is for everyone. No matter your age or your abilities, as long as you can breathe, you can do yoga. My yoga journey began in 2001 when I took my first yoga class and I immediately fell in love with the practice.
I completed my 500 hour yoga teacher training with Anjali Yoga. I will always be a student of the practice and will be forever grateful for the teachers who have guided me along the way.
My personal practice has evolved over the years and has made a big impact on the way I teach today. Breathing, letting go and being in the present moment allow the body and mind to move into an inner peace.
